More than a Cake decorator

Sometime as a cake decorator, you are required to do other things when delivering a cake. So I have gained a few skills over the years.

Placing fresh flowers on the cake onsite. Feel like a florist:

Memorable Wedding

This weekend, traveled up to Maryville, TN to deliver a wedding cake, groom's cake and mini cupcakes. It was a very special occasion because as a cake decorator, I rarely get to see the after effect of the cakes once dropped off and set up. I got the wonderful opportunity to be there as all the guest walked in and saw the display, and as the bride and groom cut the cake and enjoyed the first slice.

Very grateful to my good friend Susan Pollard to invite me to the wedding as well as ask me to make the cake for her special day. Congratulations to you and your new husband.
